Paintings
I lavori sperimentano interazioni tra immagini, eventi, materie, opere d'arte appartenenti a tempi, spazi e contesti differenti, contemporanei e del passato. Essi vengono elaborati in modalità tali da attivare, attraverso la ricontestualizzazione, nuove poetiche, dove sono al contempo annullate e mantenute le distanze temporali e stilistiche tra gli elementi delle composizioni.
Le tavole sono stampate su pannello e su carta, in edizioni limitate, numerate e autografate dall'autore, in diverse dimensioni, anche su richiesta. Le tavole su pannello sono limitate a dieci esemplari per opera. Le edizioni su carta, in diverse edizioni per opera, sono disponibili presso la Galleria BAC ART STUDIO di Venezia, San Marco 3451, Calle delle Botteghe, zona Campo Santo Stefano.

The works experiment with interactions between images, events, subjects, works of art belonging to different times, spaces and contexts, both contemporary and of the past. They are processed in such a way as to activate new poetics through recontextualization, where the temporal and stylistic distances between the elements of the compositions are at the same time canceled and maintained.
The tables are printed on panel and on paper, in limited editions, numbered and autographed by the author, in different sizes, also on request. The tables on panel are limited to ten copies per piece. The editions on paper, in one hundred copies per piece, are available at the BAC ART STUDIO Gallery in Venice, San Marco 3451, Calle delle Botteghe, Campo Santo Stefano.

Il Cuore di Pasolini
Nella notte tra il 1° e il 2 novembre 1975 Pier Paolo Pasolini fu assassinato in maniera brutale all'idroscalo di Ostia, vicino a Roma.
Un lavoro in quattro tavole, con elaborazione di fotografie della mattina successiva.
On the night between 1 and 2 November 1975 Pier Paolo Pasolini was brutally murdered at the seaplane base in Ostia, near Rome. A work in four tables, with processing of photographs the next morning.

Shoah, il genocidio perpetrato dalla Germania nazista e i suoi alleati nei confronti degli ebrei d'Europa, causò la morte di circa 6 milioni di ebrei nella Seconda Guerra Mondiale.

The Shadow of life
Nel 1945 due bombe atomiche sganciate su Hiroshima e Nagasaki provocano centinaia di migliaia di morti. Le persone vicine all’esplosione vengono carbonizzate all’istante: le sagome dei corpi umani rimangono letteralmente stampate come ombre sui muri.
In 1945, two atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki caused hundreds of thousands of deaths. People close to the explosion are charred instantly: the shapes of human bodies are literally printed like shadows on the walls.

Migranti - Migrants
Da anni, da varie regioni di Asia e Africa, avviene un drammatico esodo di uomini, donne, bambini, che tentano, spesso inutilmente, di raggiungere una “terra promessa”, attraversando un mare che qui è stato cristallizzato nelle immobili onde del deserto, infinite e senza tempo.
For years, from various regions of Asia and Africa, there has been a dramatic exodus of men, women, children, who try, often in vain, to reach a "promised land", crossing a sea that has been crystallized in the motionless waves of the desert, endless and timeless.
Da anni, da varie regioni di Asia e Africa, avviene un drammatico esodo di uomini, donne, bambini, che tentano, spesso inutilmente, di raggiungere una “terra promessa”, attraversando un mare che qui è stato cristallizzato nelle immobili onde del deserto, infinite e senza tempo.

Decorazioni che costituivano il luogo in cui vivevano queste figure, diventano lo spazio in cui vengono trasportati uomini, donne, dell'attualità, rapiti nella luce del centoventicinquesimo di secondo.
People, events, contemporary materials are inserted into backgrounds that belonged to icons of the past, five hundred or seven hundred years ago. Decorations that constituted the place in which these figures lived, become the space in which men, women, of modernity are transported, captivated in the light of one hundred and twenty-second seconds.
Persone, eventi, materiali della contemporaneità sono inseriti in sfondi appartenuti a icone del passato, cinquecento o settecento anni fa. Decorazioni che costituivano il luogo in cui vivevano queste figure, diventano lo spazio in cui vengono trasportati uomini, donne, dell'attualità, rapiti nella luce del centoventicinquesimo di secondo.

Il periodo italiano tra la fine degli anni '60 e l'inizio degli anni '80 è caratterizzato da una estremizzazione degli aspetti sociali, antropologici, politici. Le contestazioni operaie e studentesche, che avevano come loro "estremismi" la "lotta armata" e la "guerriglia urbana", si fondevano inesorabilmente alla "società dei consumi di massa" che volevano abbattere.
The Italian period between the end of the 1960s and the beginning of the 1980s was characterized by an extremism of social, anthropological and political aspects. The workers 'and students' protests, which had as their "extremism" the "armed struggle" and the "urban guerrilla", inexorably merged with the "mass consumer society" that they wanted to overthrow.

Tra la fine degli anni '60 e l'inizio degli anni '80 l'Italia è stata teatro di attentati e stragi, a tutt'oggi sostanzialmente senza colpevoli.
Tre di questi avvenimenti sono stati interpretati: la Strage di piazza Fontana a Milano del 1969, l'abbattimento del DC9 Itavia e la Strage alla stazione di Bologna del 1980.
Between the end of the '60s and the beginning of the' 80s Italy was the scene of attacks and massacres, to date substantially without guilty. Three of these events were interpreted: the massacre of Piazza Fontana in Milan in 1969, the shoot down of the DC9 Itavia and the slaughter at the Bologna station in 1980.
Tra la fine degli anni '60 e l'inizio degli anni '80 l'Italia è stata teatro di attentati e stragi, a tutt'oggi sostanzialmente senza colpevoli.

Pluriplurimo (a Emilio Vedova)
Il lavoro trae ispirazione dai "Plurimi", opere di Vedova degli anni '60, che "... sono pittura strutturalmente nuova, condotta su molti piani, con molte eventualità di visione" (G. C. Argan).
Il lavoro è composto da una parete di fondo formata da un "mosaico" di tessere quadrate, variamente disposte sulla parete. Su piani antistanti, che possono scorrere su guide orizzontali si trovano una grande fotografia di Vedova stesso, e l'opera "Sbarramento" del 1951.
The work is inspired by the "Plurimi", works by Vedova from the 60s, which "... they are structurally new painting, carried out on many levels, with many possibilities of vision" (G. C. Argan).
The work consists of a back wall formed by a "mosaic" of square tiles, variously arranged. On the opposite levels, which can slide on horizontal guides, there is a large photograph of Vedova himself, and the work "Sbarramento" of 1951.

I Funerali di Berlinguer
L'11 giugno 1984 moriva Enrico Berlinguer, Segretario del Partito Comunista Italiano.
A Padova, durante un comizio, venne colpito da un ictus ma proseguì il suo discorso fino alla fine. Il 13 giugno si tenne il suo funerale a Roma, con la partecipazione di oltre un milione di persone.
On 11 June 1984, Enrico Berlinguer, Secretary of the Italian Communist Party, died. In Padua, during a meeting, he was hit by a stroke but continued his speech until the end. On June 13th his funeral was held in Rome, with the participation of over one million people.
